Rapé

Rapé is a sacred Amazonian tobacco snuff, made from the ashes of Mapacho tabacco plant and other trees, plants or herbs. The act of taking/receiving Rapé is considered a form of prayer in indigenous tribes and it is important to work with it, with presence and intention.

Rapé can have a range of different benefits including: becoming more centered, grounded, decalcifying the pineal gland, physical cleansing or emotional release, clearing the mind supporting in being more present. Its also used as a form of ritual to connect to others.

Different Rapés will have specific qualities depending on the other plants present within the mixture of the powder.

Has a strong, sharp clearing vibration, supporting you to connect to your inner power. Supports in grounding through its relaxing affect on the muscles. Can also be used before meditations and sleep to encourage deep states of consciousness and lucid dreaming.

Cumurú

Works with the higher chakras to bridge the heart-mind connection, supporting to clarify thought, clear mental fatigue and confusion. Also promotes integration of our higher selves supporting us to trust our intuition.

Canela de Velho

Has many antioxidant qualities, cleansing the emotional, physical and mental bodies. Used for supporting the joints, muscles and brain also, bringing clarity of thought and harmony of within the body.

Tsunú

Cleanses physical, emotional and energetic bodies, dissolving any blockages or stagnant energies. Affective to support a purge. Also used to clear a person of low vibrational spirits that can be attach to us esp. during times of addiction, depression etc. Strong grounding.

Mulateiro

Mulateiro is used to release tension in the right and left cerebral lobes, allowing our body, mind, and spirit to re-align in balance and become centered. It is also a wonderful Rapeh before bed and to treat insomnia as it calms the mind and the nervous system.

Samaúma

Also known as Queen of the Forest or The Ladder to Heaven, Samauma works primarily with the higher chakras, supporting us to connect to the divine astral planes. It can be also used as a holistic remedy for excess water retention and stomach bloating, while also serving as a support for womens fertility.

Jurema Preta

Made with the mimosa hostilis plant, Jurema Preta is a revered and powerful rapeh, which can support you to connect to the spirit realm, increasing your sense of intuition and gain clarity of mind. It cleanses the aura, as well as opening the heart chakra, supporting you to breathe more easefully.

Kuripe Pipe

Sananga

Sananga is a natural remedy thats comes in the form of eye drops, made from the sacred amazonian shrub Tabernaemontana Undulata.

Used by several tribes in the Amazon including the Kaxinawás and the Yawanawás to sharpen night vision and cleanse Panéma (heavy, dark, stagnant energy).

It can be also used for:
– Treating ocular diseases including glaucoma, cataracts, farsightedness, nearsightedness, astigmatism, and blindness.
– Enhancing visual perception and colours
– Supports in clearing internal anger/rage (following bioemotional decoding school of thought it’s therefore useful as adjunct treatment for any disease ending in -itis)
– Grounding and uplifting which can alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression.
– Can enhance visions within altered states of consciousness and dreams.

It is applied onto the tear ducts of the eyes, while closed. Once applied you can begin blinking to begin the process. Depending on the strength, it can be quite painful at the beginning, spending time to close the eyes, working with the breath to move and release the energy, before continuing to blink until the pain subsides completely and you can open your eyes as normal. You might notice some sensitivity to light for a short while following the process but this returns to normal within the hour post.

It’s recommended to give yourself at least 15 minutes of being in a quiet space to apply and go through the process. The first 3 minutes or so are the most painful, generally followed by states of lightness, relief and presence, potentially even euphoria and joy. Short term pain, with long term benefits. For many, myself included, it’s a pretty solid trade.

Cacao is a sacred fruit found in Central and South America. Its seeds, the cacao beans are minimally processed to produce pure ceremonial grade cacao.
